TKI Innovation Park

TKI Innovation Park is an industrial and advanced manufacturing campus situated next to McKinney National

 Airport with freeway frontage along the future TXDOT Spur 399, connecting State Hwy 121 and 75 to Hwy 380 and the future 380 Bypass in Collin County.  The masterplan can accommodate up to 2,969,000 SF across the 204-acre site.

Infrastructure work is expected to start Q3 2026.
