Founder And Managing Partner
Stephen Holley
Stephen is the founder and Managing Partner of Holley Development Company. Previously, Stephen started Stillwater’s speculative industrial division, where over a 4-year period, Stephen was responsible for sourcing over 200 acres for 3,000,000 SF of industrial product in DFW and Austin.Stephen led Stillwater’s speculative industrial initiative with projects in Forney, Allen, Fort Worth, and Austin.Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Holley Development Company, growth of the company’s investment pipeline, and is intricately involved in all aspects of development, financing, and deal sourcing.
Stephen graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2000. He graduated Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL Class 234 and served as a SEAL officer at SEAL Team 5 for five years and completed four deployments to Iraq and Southeast Asia.Stephen is a co-founder of Carry The Load with fellow Navy SEAL, Clint Bruce. Stephen has served the Dallas community as a member of the Touchdown Club, the Elizabeth Toon Charities, as a Board Member for the Goodwill Industries of Dallas, and as the Chairman of Pete Sessions Service Academy Advisory Board for the 32nd Congressional District. He has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal through the 40 under 40 Award and has received the Dallas Foundation’s Good Works Under 40 Award.
Director
Jack Rohrman
Jack serves as a Director at Holley Development Company. At HDC, Jack is charged with executing capital markets transactions, developing new capital relationships, coordinating company operations, as well as evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Holley Development Company, Jack was a Director at JLL Capital Markets in the Dallas office. He participated in the execution of over $4.0B of debt and equity originations, across all asset classes and forms of execution. Jack is from Dallas, TX and earned a BA from the Texas A&M University.
